A fantastic way to experience all that yoga has to offer in the comfort of your own home, venue of your choice or your workplace. Your Space offers 1:1 yoga or small groups of up to five people – just choose a day, time and place that works for you and I’ll do the rest (mats etc available for use).

Sarah has worked therapeutically with a wide range of clients including those with back issues, depression, anxiety, joint replacement, frozen shoulder and many other conditions. All yoga practices can be adapted to suit your specific needs.
