Women's Urban Immersion Day Retreat at Colchester Buddhist Centre
Sunday 16 September 10.30am - 4.30pm
A day for women to immerse in the practices of yoga, mantra, breathwork, Thai yoga massage and yoga nidra. Get grounded after the heat of the summer, as we transition into Autumn.
